1.1 Description:
Custom Built Low Voltage Switchboards are available of up to 6300 AMPS (for local enclosure) and up to 6300 AMPS with short circuit withstand capacity up to 100 kA (for type tested enclosure). They are generally installed downstream the MV/LV transformers or generator groups for electrical powers distribution and control.
Typical loads are motors, heating equipment’s, lighting and air-conditioning units. The boards are designed for safety and reliability to meet customer requirements with top national/international standards.

1.2 Enclosure:
1.2.1 Features:
Type Tested of up to 6300 AMPS in accordance to IEC 61439-1. Forms of Internal Separation from Form-1 to Form 4 in accordance to IEC 61439-1. Utilizing electro-galvanized steel sheets (2.0 mm to 3.0 mm thick for frames and 1.6 mm to 2.0 mm thick for covers). Coated in Polyester powder coating in RAL 7035 (other paint shades are available upon request). Enclosure is accessible from front and rear with cable entry from top and bottom with removable gland plates. Degree of protection of up to IP55 and enclosure types are available in Nema-1,3R and 12.

1.2.2 Dimensions:
Various combinations of the following dimensions are possible:
Height: 1600, 1800, 2150 and 2300mm
Width: 600, 800, 1000 and 1200mm
Depth: 450, 600, 800 and 1000mm
Additional dimensions are available based upon Customer/Design requirements.

1.3 Bus bars:
Made of tin plated (ETP) grade copper (Silver plating available upon request).
PVC Sleeve is available upon request.
Ratings are designed with current density of 1.5 A/mm².
Rated Insulation Voltage is 690V (with 1000V available as an option) Main bus bars rated from 630A to 6300A.
Main Bus bar short circuit withstand capacity of up to 100kA for 1 Sec.
Neutral and Earth Bus bars are rated at 50% of the main Bus bar (100 % available upon request).

Custom Built Distribution Boards are available for intensities of up to 250 AMPS. Are used in commercial residential as well as industrial buildings to distribute power from Main Panels to the downstream loads. Enclosures with type tested of up to 250 AMPS in accordance to IEC 61439-1&3 are available. Built of electro-galvanized steel sheets and coated in Polyester powder coating in RAL. Enclosure is accessible from front with cable entry from top and bottom with removable gland plates. Neutral and Earth Bus bars are rated at 50% of the main Bus bar.

3.1 Description:
The MCC panel consists of compartmental modules conveniently grouped to control equipment like motors and chillers.
It is a combination of motor starters, power feeders and interlocking relays in a modular enclosure.
All types of starters can be accommodated within the MCCs.
Direct On-Line, Star/Delta, Auto Transformer, Soft Starter, and Variable Speed Drive.

3.2 Construction:
Type tested assembly in accordance to IEC 60439-1&2.
Built of electro galvanized sheet steel with Polyester powder coated in RAL 7035, Removable modules and their chassis are made of Alum-Zinc sheet steel.
Fully compartmentalized design conforming to form of separation of Form-4 Draw-out and Fixed Type modules:

  • Draw-out module up to 225A
  • Fixed-Type above 225A


Draw-out modules of the same size are interchangeable, aiming to reduce the maintenance time.
All module covers are an integral part of the modules and come with positive interlocks, which completely avoids accidental withdrawal of the modules during operation.

3.3 Bus Bar:
Bus bars designed for current density of 1.5A/mm².
Main Bus bars are rated for intensities of up to 6300A. Rated Insulation Voltage is 690V (with 1000V available as an option).

4.1 Description:
Capacitor Banks improve the power factor to boost efficiency and save energy.
It is installed in power systems to which mostly inductive loads are connected like those in Steel industries and Automotive plants...etc.

4.2 Construction:
Built of electro-galvanized steel sheets (2.0 mm thick for frames and 1.6 mm thick for covers).
Coated in Polyester powder coating in RAL 7035 Capacitor Tray is made of 2mm thick Alum-Zinc Sheet Steel.
Enclosure is accessible from front with cable entry from top and bottom with removable gland plates.
Capacitor panel is in modular construction, each step is mounted in withdrawable module completely accessible from the front.
It is of Rated Insulation Voltage of 690V.
Enclosure Degree of protection of up to IP-55.

5.1 Description:
Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS Panels) provide a solution to handle transfer of critical loads to emergency sources.
They ensure the continuity of electric supply to an installation with minimum interruption by making an automatic changeover from normal supply to emergency supply.
Available in two types: Digital controller and conventional components.

5.2 Construction:
Built of electro-galvanized steel sheets (2.0 mm to 3.0 mm thick for frames and 1.6 mm to 2.0 mm thick for covers).
Coated in Polyester powder coating in RAL 7035.d Enclosure is accessible from front and rear with cable entry from top and bottom with removable gland plates.
Degree of protection of up to IP 55.

5.3 Bus bars:

6.1 Description:
Synchronizing Panels are used in industrial and commercial applications to supply large amounts of loads from paralleling engine generator sets as per load sharing capacity.

6.2 Construction:
Made of electro-galvanized steel sheets (2.0 mm to 3.0 mm thick for frames and 1.6 mm to 2.0 mm thick for covers).
Coated in Polyester powder coating in RAL 7035.
Enclosure is accessible from front and rear with cable entry from top and bottom with removable gland plates. Degree of Protection up to IP-55.

6.3 Bus bars:
